I had an exceptional stay at the Orea Pyramida Hotel in Prague. Located in a quiet area, a few kilometers from the city center, the hotel is conveniently situated close to a tram station, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. The hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, featuring comfortable rooms, a pool, a gym, and a restaurant that boasts a magnificent view of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing significantly to the enjoyment of my visit. I spent a week in the 'Classic Suite' which was spacious and airy, furnished with a comfortable bed, two large TVs, and a dedicated workspace. The room also featured efficient air conditioning, perfect for relaxing and recuperating after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel additionally offers a sauna, a pool, and a gym - all of which I took full advantage of. The pool was just the right size and 170 cm deep, ideal for a swim on a hot day. The gym was equipped with a variety of machines that helped me maintain my fitness routine. The sauna was pristine and came with a special plunge pool. At the spa reception, I received two clean, fragrant towels. The hotel's restaurant served traditional Czech cuisine, and I had some of the best meals I've ever enjoyed in Prague there. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide range of options. However, I should note that red meats were not labeled to specify whether they were pork, or beef. Over the weekend, the breakfast buffet was busier, but there was also an increased number of staff who were serving, cleaning, and restocking efficiently. The room cleaning service was impeccable, the housekeepers were professional and quick. When I requested a change of bed linens, they attended to it promptly. The staff at the Orea Pyramida Hotel was always more than happy to provide me with tips on what to see and do in Prague. They truly made my visit extremely enjoyable.

I booked this online as I knew it was reasonably close to the airport and, with a morning flight home planned, I didn't want to fight my way through Prague's rush-hour traffic. I have to say I was absolutely amazed at what great value this turned out to be, especially with breakfast and access to the health suite and pool included in the cost of the room. Staff were friendly and helpful (very high praise to Daniela at reception who was just such an absolutely lovely person), all took time to help us as needed and were conversational without being intrusive. The room was fresh and clean with everything needed for an overnight stay, no noise from outside despite being fairly close to a main transport route through town. The health suite and swimming pool are modern with a good amount of fitness and weights equipment available in a fairly small area, the pool however wouldn't be suitable for families with young children as it is a uniform depth of 1.6m throughout (5'2"). Breakfast was amazing, an absolute feast available catering from the very healthy nut, fruit and yoghurt options to the 'fill-me-up' fried food of sausages, bacon and eggs with pretty much everything else in between. I have been very happy with my stay here and will certainly be booking again in future when visiting Prague.

Everything was perfect. Staff - Some of the staff spoke little English but all very helpful and friendly. Hidden fee - There is a small local charge which was about £3 GBP Food - Don't miss out on the amazing breakfast buffet. Kids friendly - there is plenty of entertainment going on. Location - Uber was the best option from/to Airport hence it wasn't straightforward using public transport. It cost around£15 GBP. The hotel is a bit away from old town but 1min walk from tram station. So it was not an issue. Transport - as soon as you arrive at the airport buy travel pass. (24, 48 or 72hr) tram is so useful. Other guests - Good mixture of guests but all had great manners Swimming pool - might be too deep for small children but do ask staff as they have floaties stored which we didn't know till last day. Try local cuisine: walk to right side of the hotel once you are out. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants which are lovely. Minishop - there is a mini local shop 2min walk/open till late by the tram station. / Take cards Some shops don't take cards so be aware. It would be helpful if the hotel considered printing these little information for customers. Thank you for the lovely hospitality. We are already planning to visit again!

Check-inn : Fast, friendly, professional. AS usual I asked for late check-out. This time it actually worked without having to ask again in the morning ( as that used to go wrong so many times in the past)... So very much appreciated, Daniela! Room: Received an upgrade to a higher rated room. These rooms were updated some years ago. Nice comfortable sofa in there. This time on the back side of the hotel, so view was a bit less, but as I was not there to work in the room, it did not bother. Amenities: Complimentary water and coffee/tea machine. As well as the nice bathrobe ( next time I will buy one as they are very comfortable :-) ) Gym/swimming pool: except only opens at 7, still very comfortable and nice way to start your day! Breakfast: I said enough the last years about that..... really the best you can wish for in Pague.... ! Parking: Nowadays you need to pay downstairs at the automatic machine, but good thing: Price went down from CZK 400 to CZK 350 per day......:-) Check-out: fast, friendly, professional and helpfull ( as I did not have the parking ticket anymore, which was solved in no time) (thnx Martin).

Exceptionally clean rooms, beautiful foyer area. Complimentary fresh water & fruit in foyer, sandwiches provided for the onwards journey. Our children really enjoyed the pool, perfect temperature. Lovely leisure area surrounding the pool. Great bathrobes supplied for all the family! Bedrooms were spacious, cleaned daily and suitably equipped. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Hotel restaurant was very nice, lovely ambience, great waiting staff and great food. Breakfast was immense, such variety and quality! Children loved the freshly made pancakes, us adults loved the onsite barista for amazing coffees! A good variety of restaurants in the vicinity, Piccolo Mond and Curry King both served beautiful food. Only 4 tram stops (10mins) to centre of Prague. (Under 14s travel free) Tram stop right outside hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay in Prague!
